ABOUT CARPASS

CarPass is a feature of the Changi app that allows Changi Rewards members to (i) redeem complimentary parking from parking promotions seamlessly when they shop at participating retail and F&B outlets in Changi Airport and Jewel Changi Airport; or (ii) purchase discounted parking for their stay at Changi Airport. It replaces the redemption of physical parking coupons over the counter.

With CarPass, you no longer have to redeem a physical parking coupon.

In addition, you do not need to remove your cash card at the car park exit gantry to enjoy the parking rewards. Instead, once the parking reward is redeemed (or activated) via CarPass, you can simply drive up to the car park exit gantry and the relevant parking reward would be automatically deducted based on your IU number and Changi Rewards membership.

You will need to have the Changi app installed in your device and be a Changi Rewards member to redeem parking rewards via CarPass. Steps required to redeem your parking rewards are as follows:

For Changi Rewards 2 hours free parking to be automatically credited upon making qualifying spend (eg S$60 min spend at T1-T4 Public Areas)

  • (1) Verify/Input the IU number of your vehicle
  • (2) Click “Proceed” to confirm IU number
  • (3) Cumulative same-day nett spend requirement for either T1 to T4 public areas (S$60) or Jewel Changi Airport (S$80) must be met (qualifying nett spend at T1 to T4 public areas cannot be combined with spend at Jewel Changi Airport)
  • (4) To accumulate nett spend, rewards card must be scanned at the point of transaction
  • (5) 2 hours parking reward will be auto-credited to Changi Rewards member’s account once minimum cumulative same-day nett spend is met and IU has been indicated beforehand
  • (6) Parking rewards can be located under “My CarPass” > “My eCoupons” page

For other Parking Promotions on CarPass

a. With a CarPass QR code on your receipt:
  • (1) Scan the QR code on your receipt, which will launch your Changi app
  • (2) Redirect automatically to CarPass portal within your Changi app
  • (3) Verify/Input the IU number of your vehicle
  • (4) Click “Proceed” to confirm IU number
  • (5) Parking rewards will be auto-credited to Changi Reward member’s account
b. If there is no CarPass QR code on your receipt:
  • (1) Login to your Changi app
  • (2) Launch the CarPass portal
  • (3) Verify/Input the IU number of your vehicle
  • (4) Click “Proceed” to confirm IU number
  • (5) Select relevant parking promotion for redemption
  • (6) Select option to upload an image of receipt
  • (7) Key in the receipt details and redeem the parking rewards
c. If transaction is recorded through Changi Rewards:
  • (1) Scan your Changi Rewards QR code during payment
  • (2) Access CarPass within Changi App by clicking onto “Enjoy Parking Promos” icon on the homepage
  • (3) Verify/Input the IU number of your vehicle
  • (4) Click “Proceed” to confirm IU number
  • (5) Select relevant parking promotion for redemption
  • (6) Select eligible transaction to redeem parking promotion
  • (7) Confirm selection and parking reward by clicking onto “Redeem”
  • (8) Parking rewards will be auto-credited to Changi Rewards member’s account
If you do not have the Changi App installed on your device yet, please install the Changi App from the respective app stores:
You can also install the Changi app by scanning the QR code on your qualifying receipt or the promotion tent card in the outlets.
Once the app has been installed, you can proceed to redeem your parking privileges as described in the paragraphs above.

You can use CarPass to redeem parking eCoupons whenever there is/are ongoing parking promotion(s) at Changi Airport or Jewel. Do note that terms and conditions will apply for the parking promotions.

Changi Rewards parking rebate is an ongoing privilege under the Changi Rewards programme and can be redeemed via the Changi App and at rewards.changiairport.com

It is stackable with the parking rewards available on CarPass.

There is no need for you to redeem your complimentary daily parking through CarPass if you are a Gold or Platinum member as it is automatically accorded to you under the Vehicle IU number in your member profile as you exit the car park.

Yes, parking rewards redeemed for having met the spend criteria, are stackable with the parking benefits as a Gold or Platinum member.

To illustrate:
As a Changi Rewards (Gold Tier) member, you are entitled to 1 hour of free parking which will be auto-credited to the IU number indicated in your member profile or CarPass.
If you also qualify for the free parking with minimum spend of S$60 at T1 to T4 terminal shops or S$80 at Jewel stores under Changi Rewards programme, you can redeem an additional 2 hours of complimentary parking on CarPass.

Yes, before redeeming your parking rewards on CarPass, you will be prompted to update your IU number on CarPass and the parking reward(s) will be accorded to that car.

You may also update your IU number under the Changi Rewards member profile page on Changi App.

For first-time registration or update of IU number on CarPass, the updated details will be reflected immediately in your Changi Rewards account. For Gold or Platinum members, your parking benefits will only be updated the following day.

You can update your IU number on your Changi Rewards member profile via the Changi App, or through CarPass.

Please note that each IU number may only be able to be registered under a single Changi Rewards profile, at any point in time. If your IU number has already been registered under another member’s Changi Rewards profile (e.g. family member, car-sharing, second-hand car etc), you will not be able to register the same IU number under your profile. Kindly write to us at enquiry@changiairport.com or visit our Changi Rewards customer service counter at Terminal 3 Basement 2 (10am -10pm), and furnish us with the necessary documentary proof showing the car ownership details, so that we are able to remove the IU number from the other member’s Changi Rewards profile.

You will be able to redeem your parking rewards after the IU number has been successfully registered under your profile.

For a seamless experience, you will only be able to redeem your parking rewards using CarPass.

Physical parking coupons are only available for redemption by Malaysia-registered car owners without an IU installed in said vehicle (only for eligible customers with qualifying receipts) and where no IU has been registered under the member’s Changi Rewards profile (both criteria must be fulfilled).

With the introduction of CarPass, your parking charges will be offset based on the following sequence:

  • 1. Parking rewards redeemed under the Changi Airport and Jewel Changi Airport promotions through CarPass, for having met the spend criteria,
  • 2. Parking rewards redeemed under the Changi Rewards loyalty programme, for having met the spend criteria,
  • 3. Parking privileges under the Changi Rewards Loyalty programme (for Platinum and Gold members),
  • 4. Any other form of parking benefits accorded under CarPass,
  • 5. Park & Work eCoupon (maximum of 1 eCoupon can be used per carpark exit at Terminals 2, 3 or 4 only),
  • 6. Park & Fly eCoupon (maximum of 1 eCoupon can be used per carpark exit),
  • 7. Parking rebates redeemed with Changi Rewards points,
  • 8. Any physical parking coupon issued by Changi Airport or Jewel Changi Airport, and lastly
  • 9. Cash Card / Autopass Card
